We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. All of the images, artwork, language and intellectual content are proprietary and strictly belong to DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. and our subsidiary entities. We reserve the right to deny or approve service to any agent, entity or person without notice at our discretion.

The process of our boards may mildly reduce the tensile strength of traditional materials. All boards are a natural product. They are developed with materials approved for contact with food. They will absorb stains and odors if left in contact or the vicinity of for extended periods of time. The customer is responsible to uphold and follow the Care and Use information that is provided with each purchase of a board. Wood as shown on any product may not show all possible variations in natural wood characteristics. It is these naturally-occurring characteristics-mineral streaks, knots, pin holes, etc.- that give each product unique warmth and beauty. Wood is offered by manufactures in several different grades. Customer understands and accepts that finished wood may contain natural characteristics and that low-grade wood may also contain manufacturing defects, such as defects and blemishes of the source of the product, including chips, scratches, and marks throughout the wood. All domestic hardwoods will be affected by direct UV light. DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. cannot make any guarantees regarding the quality of any finish wood used in the products.

Funding must be secured prior to shipping. All purchases are considered personal guarantee of payment. All in stock items typically ships within 5-7 business days upon secure funding. Custom quotes, leads times, and pricing available upon request.

All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. The customer is fully responsible to contact durhamwoodcraftingstore@gmail.com within the specific time frame to qualify for a return. Funds will be returned after product is received and inspected upon approval. The customer is financially responsible to purchase all handling and shipping expenses. Reimbursement will be provided if order qualifies under DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. discretion.

The customer agrees and acknowledges to all Terms of Service with purchase as aforementioned. Upon purchases of DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. products, the purchaser agrees to hold any and all agents of DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. and subsidiary entities completely harmless. DURHAM WOODCRAFTING L.L.C. is not responsible for any misuse or misapplication of our products and materials.
